The following subsections explain in detail how to work with Word, Word Perfect, LaTeX, and
FrameMaker. Note, however, that many tools rapidly become obsolete. Authors should work with
current, supported versions of tools. Authors should refer to the content below as appropriate, but should
seek other aid from their local institution as needed to prepare their ETD.
